I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with We Kare. Having worked with the company through the pandemic I have witnessed first-hand the professionalism of both management and care staff in providing safe and quality care to all clients. The dedication and work ethic of the company is second to none. Staff are valued and supported both in their day-to-day work but also in development and training. I have found working as a carer a challenging and rewarding role and will take all that I have learned into my future work. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work for We Kare and highly recommend to anyone considering a new role in care. .
